Creating an account is simple! Click the 'Sign Up' button, enter your email and password, then verify your email. Once verified, you'll be guided through our onboarding process to set up your workspace, add your business details, and configure your first services.
Go to Settings → Channels and click 'Connect WhatsApp'. You'll need a WhatsApp Business API account through Meta. Follow the step-by-step guide to link your phone number and verify your business. Once connected, all your WhatsApp conversations will appear in your HalaFlow inbox.
Yes! You can import contacts via CSV file. Go to Contacts → Import and upload your file. Make sure your CSV includes columns for name, phone number, and optionally email. We'll automatically match and merge duplicate contacts.
Most businesses are up and running within 15-30 minutes. The basic setup (account creation, workspace setup, and first service) takes about 5 minutes. Connecting WhatsApp and setting up automations may take an additional 10-20 minutes depending on your needs.
