Click 'Sign Up', enter your email and password, then verify your email. You'll be guided through our smart onboarding process — create your workspace, pick your industry (salon, clinic, fitness, restaurant, and more), set up your business details, and configure your first services. HalaFlow auto-generates quick replies, automations, and knowledge base articles tailored to your industry so you're ready to go right away.

Our guided onboarding walks you through 6 steps: (1) Create your workspace with name, timezone, and language, (2) Pick your industry so we can tailor content for you, (3) Set up your business — services, hours, staff, and policies, (4) Connect your channels — WhatsApp, Instagram, and Web Inbox, (5) Review auto-generated content including automations, quick replies, and knowledge base articles, and (6) Send a test message to verify everything works.

Go to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp. You can connect using Meta's WhatsApp Embedded Signup flow — just sign in with Facebook and follow the guided steps. Alternatively, you can connect manually using your WABA ID, Phone Number ID, and Access Token. Once connected, all WhatsApp conversations appear in your inbox and you can manage message templates directly from HalaFlow.

Go to Settings → Channels → Instagram and click 'Connect Instagram'. You'll authenticate directly with Instagram using our secure Direct Auth flow. You need an Instagram Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page. Once linked, all Instagram DMs appear in your HalaFlow inbox.

Yes! You can import contacts via CSV file. Go to Contacts → Import and upload your file. Make sure your CSV includes columns for name, phone number, and optionally email. We'll automatically match and merge duplicate contacts.

Most businesses are up and running within 15-30 minutes. The guided onboarding (account creation, industry selection, business setup) takes about 5-10 minutes. Connecting channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Web Inbox) and reviewing auto-generated content takes an additional 10-15 minutes.
